Proactive and Reactive Pest Control for Property Managers

Property Managment imageAn infestation of pests in an occupied property can lead to complaints from residents and clients alike. Unoccupied properties may be exploited by pest species, with infestations going unnoticed. For rental properties, a new occupier can reasonably expect that there are no unwanted pests already in residence. Infestations of pests carry the risk of transferring disease to humans, spreading to neighbouring properties if left unchecked, and causing damage to your reputation as a responsible property manager.

Whether you require pest control on a reactive basis – where you call us out for specific pest problems at your properties – or a proactive basis – where we regularly check properties for the signs of pests – or even a combination of both, with some properties on an annual programme and others covered on an as-needed basis – A & M Hawk UK will work as your partner, keeping you informed of progress on every site

Reactive Pest Control
Call us out for specific pest problems at any of your sites

We will assign you an account manager who will be your main point of contact. Once you place a call, your account manager will assign a technician to deal with that problem. The same named technician will be responsible for that site until the pest problem is resolved, and will also be assigned to any future call-outs for that site.

We will liaise with your residents to arrange access, if necessary, and keep you informed every step of the way.

Proactive Pest Prevention and Control
For sites and properties that require an ongoing pest prevention programme

Because every property is different, we design a programme specifically for each of your sites. We take into account the location, because some areas are more prone to certain pests than others; the number of buildings; the structure of the building; the number of units; and the general size and layout each site. We then design a pest prevention programme that will be value for money and ensure that you and your clients have peace of mind.

Unoccupied Property, Pre-Occupancy and Post-Occupancy Checks
Peace of mind for you, your clients and new tenants

Our technician will carry out a thorough inspection of vacated properties to ensure that there is no unreported infestation that would go unnoticed in an unoccupied property. Before letting a property to a new tenant, we can check the property to ensure that there are no infestations, for example bed-bugs, that could infest the new tenants property.

The benefits of the A & M Hawk UK Pest Programme for Property Managers include:

  • All technicians certified by the British Pest Control Association (BPCA) and members of the BASIS (PROMPT) Register - giving you the assurance of a pest control service provided by knowledgeable and motivated staff.
  • A focus on pest prevention – your pest technician will actively search for the slightest signs of pest activity, which means that action can be taken early.
  • A designated pest technician – we will assign you a named technician who will be responsible for pest control at a site. This means that you will be working with someone you trust and who knows your site and its history.
  • An account manager – we will assign an account manager who will remain in close contact with you and ensure that your needs are being met. Your account manager is also a qualified pest controller who will visit your sites regularly and ensure that our quality standards are being maintained.
  • Online Reporting System – we provide you with a password protected online reports system that gives you 24/7/365 access to your service history. This means that you can check reports at any time.
  • Value for Money.

It all adds up to peace of mind.
